Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of violahairextensions.co and to every order you place with us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

The seller is Viola Hair Canada, operated by 1000367011 Ontario Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), operating violahairextensions.co.

2. Our products

Our extensions are Remy human hair. Colours can look slightly different on screen, so we recommend comparing with a Viola colour ring before you order. Hair lasts for different lengths of time depending on installation, maintenance, heat, products and lifestyle, so we do not promise a specific lifespan.

3. Ordering

  • When you place an order, you are offering to buy. We confirm your order by email once checkout is complete.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
  • If an item is out of stock, we will tell you and you can choose to wait or be refunded.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices on our Canadian storefront are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Prices and checkout for US orders are in US dollars.
  • Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. For United States orders, duties and import taxes are paid by the customer (see Shipping).
  • Orders must be paid in full before they ship. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
  • If we find a pricing error, we may cancel the order before it ships and refund you in full.

5. Shipping, pickup, damaged and lost parcels

We ship to addresses in Canada and the United States, and offer local pickup in Barrie. Rates, timing, pickup rules and what happens with damaged or lost parcels are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns, exchanges and cancellations

You can return eligible hair within 21 days of delivery. Returned hair must be original, untouched and in its original packaging. Exchanges, refunds and what cannot be returned are in our Refund and Returns Policy.

7. Custom orders

Custom orders are final sale. A custom order is any colour, length, method or quantity that we do not hold in our Canadian inventory. Once a custom order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.

Custom orders take 7–10 days before they ship to you. Timing can be longer if our supplier is low on stock or the shipment is delayed. After your order ships, delivery time depends on the shipping option you chose at checkout.

8. Quality Guarantee

Level 1: 30 days, for every customer

If your hair has a fault, tell us within 30 days of delivery. A fault means heavy shedding, tangling, or hair that is not the colour pictured. Send the hair back to us for inspection. If we confirm a fault, we will replace the hair.

Level 2: 190 days from purchase, with Viola aftercare

You are covered for 190 days from the purchase date when all of these are true:

  • You bought Viola shampoo and Viola conditioner together with the hair.
  • A certified stylist installed the hair. You tell us the stylist's name, and we check it against our trade accounts.
  • Your maintenance appointments were no more than 3 months apart.

Send the hair back to us for inspection. If we confirm a fault, we will replace the hair or give you store credit.

Both levels

  • We do not give cash refunds under the Quality Guarantee.
  • Labour is not covered.
  • Damage from heat, colouring or toning, altering the hair, incorrect installation or maintenance, and misuse are not covered.

9. Trade accounts

Anyone can buy from us. Professionals can apply for a trade account to get trade pricing. Approval needs a hair extension certificate from an industry-recognized training organization, and we check it before approving your account. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

10. Privacy

How we collect, use and share your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

The text, images, logos and other content on this website belong to Viola Hair Canada or the companies that license them to us. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

12. Our responsibility to you

We stand behind what we sell as these terms and the law require. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or any right that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including your rights under consumer protection laws that apply to you.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and our policies. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario.
