What we collect
We collect personal information when you create an account, place an order, sign up for emails, apply for a trade account, contact us or use our website. This can include:

- Shipping and billing addresses
- Order history and the details of any return or guarantee claim
- For trade account applications, a copy of your hair extension certificate

- Payment details. Your card information is handled by our payment provider and is not stored on our servers.
