What is Viola Hair?

Viola hair is premium Remy European, double-drawn human hair known for its softness, strength, and longevity. Viola UK is one of the most respected professional extension brands worldwide, and we are their official Canadian affiliate partner.

Our product is ordered directly from Viola UK and supplied to Canadian stylists and clients through our storefront.

 

Why order from Viola Canada instead of the UK?

You get the same authentic Viola hair, but with fast local Canadian shipping, no duties or tariffs, no border delays, and no surprise fees — while still accessing the full Viola UK range when needed.

What hair methods do you carry in stock?

We currently stock:

• Nano bead extensions

• Genius wefts (limited lengths + colours)

These are available online and in-store for fast fulfillment.

Do you offer other extension methods?

Yes — we can special order additional methods from Viola UK upon request.

Custom order options include:

• Nano

• I-Tip

• Keratin Tip (U-Tip / Flat Tip)

• Genius Wefts

• Tape ins

Custom order timeline:

• Orders are placed weekly

• Once placed, hair takes a minimum of 5 business days to arrive to us

• We then ship it out based on the delivery method you select

Custom orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

Can I send photos for a colour match?

Yes — email photos to: canadasupport@violahairextensions.co

For best results:

• Use natural light (not direct sun)

• Include front, back, and both sides

• Tell us the method + length you want

• Let us know if you need a full head or half head

We will offer shade suggestions based on what we see. For the most precise match, we recommend comparing to a Viola colour ring, as screens can shift tone slightly.

If the hair arrives and does not match, it can be returned as long as it is unopened, unused, in original packaging, and meets our return terms.

How much hair do I need?

Every client is different, but here’s a general guide for nanos:

• Fine hair: 100–150 strands

• Thick hair: 150–200+ strands

Wefts vary by head size and density — message us anytime for support.

I ordered two packs of hair but only received one — why?

 

To reduce plastic waste, multiple bundles may be packaged together in one pack. Open the packaging fully — your full strand count will be inside.

How long does the hair last?

With proper installation, maintenance and heat care, many clients enjoy Viola hair for many months — often close to a year or longer.

Heat styling, brushing, lifestyle, colour, and aftercare routines all influence longevity.

Why do blonde extensions sometimes change tone?

Blonde hair (natural or extensions) is more sensitive to:

• Mineral water (iron/copper)

• Chlorine + salt water

• UV/sun exposure

• Sweat

• Certain shampoos + conditioners

• Oils + lotions

• Heat + chemicals

These factors can shift colour to peach, brassy, green, pink, or orange. This is not a product fault — it is environmental reaction. Extensions require the same (or more) protection than blonde natural hair.

My extensions feel dry — is that normal?

Yes — since extensions don’t receive natural scalp oils, they require extra moisture and heat protection to stay soft and shiny. Heat styling, overwashing, and friction can dry hair over time. Make sure to always be using a leave in conditioner and hydrating products.

My nanos are slipping — why?

Slipping can be caused by:

• Improper installation

• Incorrect brushing

• Heavy product use near the bonds

• Heat + chemical exposure

• Lack of maintenance

Regular move-ups and gentle handling are key.

Can I colour the extensions?

We do not recommend colouring or toning extensions. Because the hair has already been processed to achieve its shade, additional chemical services may cause unpredictable results and reduce lifespan.

Any colouring or toning voids all guarantees.

Can I return unused hair?

Yes — unopened, unused hair in original packaging may be returned within 21 days of delivery.

Do your beads fit other brands?

In most cases, yes — but bond sizes vary between companies. Always check sizing before ordering.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes — local pickup is available at:
