Welcome to violahairextensions.co. Your use of this website, and any purchase made from us, confirms your agreement to the Terms & Conditions below.
1. DEFINITIONS
• “Buyer” / “Customer” – anyone purchasing products from the Seller.
• “Seller” – Viola Hair Canada, operating violahairextensions.co.
• “Goods” / “Products” – items sold on this website, including but not limited to hair extensions and accessories.
• “Website” – violahairextensions.co
2. GENERAL TERMS
• These Terms & Conditions apply to all online orders.
• By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to these Terms.
• Policies may change at any time, and the version active at the time of purchase will apply.
3. ORDERING
• Orders are considered an offer to purchase.
• The Seller may refuse or cancel an order at its discretion.
• If an item is out of stock, the Buyer will be notified and may choose to wait or be refunded.
• Orders are confirmed by email once completed in checkout.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
• All prices are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
• Taxes and shipping rates are displayed at checkout.
• Orders must be fully paid before shipping.
• We accept major credit cards and PayPal.
• If a pricing error occurs, the Seller may cancel or adjust the order before shipping.
5. SHIPPING
• We ship within Canada only.
• We do not ship to the USA or internationally.
• Orders ship next business day Monday–Friday.
• No shipping on weekends or Canadian holidays.
• Delivery time depends on the courier service selected at checkout.
• Once a parcel is transferred to UPS, Canada Post, or Purolator, it is no longer under our control.
• Tracking is provided by email once shipped.
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available at Beauty Extension Haus located at 480 Mapleton Ave., Unit 4, Barrie, Ontario. To use this option, select “Local Pickup” at checkout. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready — please do not arrive before receiving this message. Orders may only be collected during salon business hours. Walk-in purchasing is not available and orders must be placed online prior to pickup. Once a pickup notification has been issued, the order is considered delivered.
Lost / Missing Parcels
If tracking shows an item delivered but it is not received, the Buyer must contact the courier directly to file a claim. The Seller is not responsible for parcels confirmed as delivered.
6. ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled any time before shipment.
Once a parcel has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Once returned and inspected, refunds may take several business days to appear depending on the customer’s bank or credit provider.
7. RETURNS – NON-CUSTOM ITEMS
If you change your mind, eligible products may be returned within 21 days of delivery.
Return requirements:
• Hair must be unused, uninstalled, uncoloured, uncut, and in original packaging
• Seals and ties must be intact
• Products must be free of salon products or wear
Return shipping is paid by the Buyer unless we made an error.

Refund is issued once products are received and inspected.
8. CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders include any items, colours, lengths, or methods that are not currently held in our Canadian inventory. Custom orders are placed directly with Viola UK and are considered final sale — they cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once submitted.
Custom orders are added to our weekly supply order and arrival times will vary based on the date the order is placed. Once ordered, custom items take a minimum of 5 business days to arrive to us. Your order is then shipped to you based on the delivery method selected at checkout.
Please note that custom order timelines are estimates and may be affected by UK stock availability, international transit time, customs processing, shipping volume, courier delays, or factors outside our control.
9. QUALITY GUARANTEE
If the Buyer believes hair is defective, the extensions must be removed and mailed back for inspection. Return shipping is paid by the Buyer.
If a quality issue is confirmed, we will:
• replace the product OR
• issue a refund to the original payment method
Hair altered by colour, chemical processing, heat damage, improper maintenance, or incorrect installation does not qualify as defective.
10. DAMAGED PARCELS
Damage caused during transit is the responsibility of the courier. The Seller will support the Buyer in filing a claim. Refunds or replacements will be issued only once courier liability is confirmed.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Seller’s liability shall never exceed the value of the order placed. The Seller is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. PRIVACY & SECURITY
Payment information is encrypted and not stored on our servers. Personal data is protected and never sold or shared externally.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.
